Heating and Air Conditioning
General Manager is in charge of
directing and organizing all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service
center. The General Manager supervises
the P&L, steers sales, and provides
guidance to all personnel and
processes for the center.
The Service Technician conducts
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial
HVAC equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts
with residential and/or commercial customers to respond to their questions, resolve
issues, and verify complete
customer satisfaction. The person in the role also recommends
products and services and works under the
guidance of the Field Supervisor or
Installation Technician performs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial
locations. The person in the role also completes
installation and service on IAQ equipment and accessories, as well,
and has the ability to understand
controls and wiring diagrams and schematics.
Customer Service Specialist manages customer
and billing inquiries with the highest
degree of respect and
professionalism to resolve customer
complaints with a same-call resolution.
The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for helping with day-to-day
running of the Service Experts Heating and Air
Conditioning service center.
Dispatcher, following company radio and pager policies,
dispatches appointments to Installers, Service Technicians, and
Maintenance Technicians. The individual in the
interacts with the customer to
verify the customer is aware of
scheduled appointments, answer questions,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
effectively plans and routes the most
ideal technicians in accordance with
established company processes.
