Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales courses put on for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians is comprised of:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training semiannually
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection in the fall
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ in the spring and fall
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty programs as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary instruction through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better offer a complete education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice annually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, tools, and framework for operating a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, conduct outbound calling with a one (1) day program. In this course we cover HVAC basics, why people buy, calling techniques, scripts, customer buying signs, and controlling customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes provided. As needed training conducted by the General Manager and relevant staff at the center.
