Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This is the second year that Midland Air has participated in this remarkable event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The proceeds fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial aid for families.
Midland Air Service Experts donated $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has raised over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids each year.
“My dad’s motorcycle club participates every year because they can have a good time and ride motorcycles, all for a great cause.” Check out Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The big-hearted motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it to help the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air adores being involved in their community and helping with great events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To discover more about how you can get involved and support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, check out their site.
