"The technician first told me that I had a leak in the evaporator coil and told me it would take 3 week to get one on order. He told me it had several points where he detected a leak. He also told me there was a possibility the compressor was defective but he has to add freon in order to check it out. He told me the system was completely empty but need about 2lbs in order to check the compressor. I figured I should get the entire system checked since I am waiting 3 weeks for the coil and didn't want to wait additional time if the compressor was also defective. I was told it was highly likely to be defective since the system didn't have an Freon in it as it had all leaked out and the compressor would try to fire and likely damage due to no freon. After adding the 2lbs of freon he said everything was working properly and I wouldn't need a new evaporator coil or compressor. I couldn't understand why he would say I don't need one if there is a leak. I also couldn't understand if all the freon had leaked out why it would work on just 2lbs when he told me it takes about 10lbs that would have to be put in upon the install of the new coil. Maybe he was just trying to sell me a new system since the other one is under warranty. I am totally perplexed please consult with your technician to provide and explanation of this process. He also gave me an estimation of the amount of freon that would be necessary to charge the 2nd system based on the readings on the gauges but the amount came out significantly higher after I agreed to have Freon put in the system. I Know the receipt states that the system was low on freon but please check with representative that came out with him in regards to need to replace the coils."

"I was told Peachtree has over $2 million in equipment inventory available to address timely replacement needs. But I ended up just purchasing my new dual HVAC systems from a competitor, after receiving several competitive proposals which were all more affordable, comparably functional, and included full 10 year parts & labor warranties. Frankly, with the best trained service reps and the biggest local equipment inventory, it was Peachtrees account to lose. Maybe at $20k Im not in your presumed $40k target sales process sweet spot, but is there really a good reason why the current sales rep didnt access my account profile information from prior sales visits before contacting me? "Although I have used Peachtree Service Experts for years for my maintenance contract, I received quotes for new equipment ranging from $15K to $20K and was advised that the new equipment was needed. Another service company came to give an estimate a couple of days later and advised that a new setup was not absolutely necessary at this time, but a new condensation pump was. The repair was completed at a cost of $325 and I have air again. Big difference. The technician did an excellent job of explaining the various replacement options and answering my questions and was totally personable, but I was going to have difficulty coming up with the funds for a full replacement. My past experience still stands, and I appreciated the quick service."

"Our initial technician named David was late , condescending, and rude toward my wife. Our circuit breaker tripped every 30 min and He advised us to continually turn on our circuit breaker back on every time it tripped off to solve our issue. (HUGE FIRE HAZARD) He never check the ac unit or that there was proper voltage leading to circuit breaker. He never checked the coils or air filter because the following technician immediately saw that we needed a deep clean and a new circuit breaker. On minor notes David was an hour late (busy day I get it ) but was rushing to leave our home and knocked over a bottle of antifreeze in our basement which drained 1 gal of polar solvent on our floors."

"A Salesman came with the Tech as a tag team. I only expected the tech to perform my summer tune up special. Instead, there was high pressure tactics for me to join the expensive monthly membership (that I declined). I don't believe that he carefully examined or performed a normal tune up. My unit was working properly before the tune up. I was also told that if my unit stopped working within 30 days that they would refund me the tune up fee. It stopped working 3 weeks afterwards. Called. Wanted an additional $100 service trip or I could join the membership. I called the scheduler number...he was aggressive in disputing what I was saying (although I have everything in writing). I am currently getting over covid and don't have the energy to go back and forth. Very disappointed because I used this same company previously with no sales tactics and got a working unit. MONEY is more important to them than properly servicing my unit."

After 3 phone calls that I made on Monday and 2 on Tuesday, I have still not heard from anyone. Your call center people are helpless. When I refused, he got up and left my house with barely a word. In my opinion, that is sketchy behavior, and cemented my view that there is NOTHING I would have your company do for me. Are we going to have to replace it all over again on his next visit? These are matters of great concern to us."
