"I paid top dollar for a new Lennox HVAC and Furnace and to begin with the install occurred two days later than initial promised. Then 1 1/2 days after the install unit doesnt blow cold air. The tech that came out tell me it needs a new part, that wont be available until tomorrow? So not I get to spend another summer evening in Atlanta with no AC and Ive paid your company $10k plus. Really disappointed with the experience and your service."

"Had a tech come out just to do a P.M on A.C unit within 24hrs system was not blowing cold anymore. And now I need a whole new unit. I know the unit was old and needed replacing soon but I just found it weird that after your tech came out all of a sudden unit is broke. I was told that all the refrigerant leaked out but when the first tech came out how come I wasnt told that the refrigerant was low which would mean there was a leak going on. All seems fishy I wont ever use this company again. I used them for almost 10yrs I real feel like I was forced into getting a new unit. And they sent a tech out to see if there was a simple fix going on with the unit but before he could even finish they already had a sales rep pulling up. Found that really crazy. Guess I should call corporate."

"The technician Tommy quickly and proudly quoted $408 to replace my bad condensate pump. This is nothing but opportunistic rip- off pricing. The cost of a condensate pump on the high end is a maximum of $90. I bought an excellent one at Lowes for $69.99. The job should have been at most $190 to $200. The part to be replaced was under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything. The service charge was $957! It took Paul about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to install the new part. $957 is ridiculous! I'm extremely unhappy with that."

"i have had many issues with this company and have tried MANY times over the past 2.5 weeks to have a manager call me, but they have not (after several PSE reps told me they would have a manager call me). PSE left my 86 yr old parents without AC in the middle of summer and i had to call reliable to fix the AC that same day due to PSE incompetency. PSE also broke the C&D lock on the 2 yr old AC unit as they were the only company maintaining the unit since i bought the home new 2 yrs ago. Reliable arrived to find the C&D lock broken by PSE and immediately told/showed me when they arrived before touching the unit. I have had many other issues with PSE during the past 2.5 weeks, but no one at PSE has helped me or let me speak with a manager to explain the troubling issues i have experienced. None of the PSE technicians took responsibility for breaking C&D lock which is very unprofessional. I have deferred until now posting multiple reviews of my unfortunate experience with PSE in hopes that i could speak with management about the issues, but since no manager at PSE will call me, i have no alternative but to warn others of the total lack of customer concern and professionalism at PSE. I also have a complete writeup of the situation by Reliable and that if PSE cannot remove the damaged C&D lock with damaging the unit, an entire part will need to be replaced at the cost of $1,000...which PSE should be responsible for."

"The information I was provided from the service provider was proven wrong by multiple other companies. I was told my entire system needed to be replaced ($8k) and an additional $3k of repairs were needed on my other system. I was also told my system is not under warranty. Youre company installed my system and has been servicing it for years (except for the last year). Other companies came out - found 1 part that needed to be replaced. Got it replaced under warranty. I basically paid someone the same amount of money to fix my unit as I paid your company to tell me what was wrong with my unit - which was completely inaccurate information."

There was some "floating" insulation fragments in the downstairs area but not an issue. My issue is trying to pay the bill using MC. I called 7/8 and gave MC information to Ben who was going to hand the info to the accounting dept. I received an email invoice showing a balance due of $1587.00. I had wanted the charge to go through prior to the end of billing period 7/12. As of 7/15 the charge has not appeared on my MC account. I talked with Ben today 7/15 and he was going to check into the situation and give me a call back. That hasn't happened....yet. I don't care at this point when you charge my MC. It's your money that you are missing out on. LR"

However, I do very much feel like i was taken advantage of and ripped off for the prices that were quoted. I feel that the company took advantage of the fact that our unit had failed and gorged me. $17,000 for a new A/C is simply unreasonable. These units are nowhere near that price anywhere else."

( 4hrs wait time too much I would've cancelled if I knew that) She did offer and called the tech to get a ETA..Mr. Lovejoy arrive approx 10:20a, he apologized and told me of a meeting that was sched that morning. "The technician was fine. We had difficulties with scheduling. I had scheduled for tues June 9 between 2-6. I got a call on Saturday the 6th saying technician on the way....uh..no Not the right day and we were having a dinner party. I was assured date for Tues now correct. On Monday the 8th, same thing. Got a call technician on the way...uh no..had many things to do that afternoon and tues was cleared to wait. The person that called to tell me technician was on the way was not apologetic or helpful. I told her to go ahead and let him come because I felt badly. 40 min later still no technician. I called and talked to Dena who was extremely nice and helpful. She called technician and found out he was still 45 min away. Since I had to be somewhere at 5 :30 that was not going to work. She was very nice and apologetic and put me back in for tues and gave me her name if I had an issue. Tues the technician did get to my house at 6:05. He was very nice and got the job done(just a maintenance job) So...20 years we have used Peachtree Service and have referred you all to 3 families who have gotten new systems from you. I am not sure what happened with the scheduling but it was messed up not once but twice. The man on sat was super nice, but the lady on Monday was not. Dena was very nice and I appreciated her efforts to be sure everything was correctly scheduled for the following day You May want to check your scheduling system to see if it is making errors. Also, when you mess up twice, its probably a nice gesture to put that person first in that time window and not last which was even ou
