"The Appointment March 4 when tulasi finally came, just like all the other appointments, Tulasi did a thorough professional job taking care of my system. Here always takes the extra care with the system to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied telling me what he is doing, just in case I need to know. Some small things that tulasi dos to make sure my system will continue to run smoothly and efficiently, I do not think the other technicians do; at least it has not been my experience with the other Technicians since I try to use specific Technicians that I feel comfortable with coming to my house, knowledgeable Technicians who take the extra care, work efficiently and I do not have to stand over and watch everything that they are dong. I have used Peachtree Service experts for many years, even at my parents house in Atlanta before moving to tucker and that dates back to the 70s and 80s. Whenever a system has been put in by Peachtree, Heating and Air system, my parents system continued upkeep on the system with a maintenance Agreement and I have also done the same with my heating and A/C systems. My father h was a civil Engineer, in military for 30 years, retired Army COE, Because of family background and his expertise in the field I know about quality of systems, what to look for in an efficient quality system, SEER. and also make sure that the system is property maintained so it continues to perform efficiently. I was very glad to see tulasi when he showed up at my house march4, / When I initially called for the appointment for the heating check one after the Christmas holidays and rainy weather, the person setting up the appointment told me that tulasi was on the schedule for the day of the first appointment and tulasi is the technician that is on my paperwork that should be coming to my house.. The person setting up the appointment that day told me tulasi was working the afternoon shift that day but when the Technicians showed up and the window was 4-6, I was of course home waiting for the technician expecting to see tulasi. However, when the individuals did arrive, 2 technicians not just one, when they rang my door bell they already had on their shoe covers and were ready to come into my house, they also said that they had driven form Marietta to my house. I looked at them and told them not who I was expecting for the appointment, and they said they would call let the office Know. I also told them I would call and I did but at the time since they actually arrived after 6, there was no supervisor I could talk to, so problem of miscommunication could be corrected. I told the individuals who answered the phone, who said that there was no one there, all had left, I was not really pleased and rather than someone to call me, I had some names I would call someone there and let them know my thoughts and how it seemed there had been some miscommunication setting up the appointment. I do not expect miscommunications from Peachtree Service Experts, and when there is a preferred technician on the paperwork associated with my account, this is the technician that I expect to see. When tulasi did come, I asked him if he knew what happened, that there was miscommunication, a mistake in the scheduling process- this too surprised me that Tulsai was not even told about the miscommunication since it was on the part of Peachtree Service Experts, so I was glad that I told him. It seems that with good technicians and also the customers, both the customers and the technicians need to be informed. Please respect my wishes for preferred technicians to come to my house and make sure that the right one comes. It might be that on your confirmation of appointment that is sent in email that this confirmation can show the Technician number or the name, even last name. If the customer received the email and notices that the right technician is not scheduled to come, the correct change can be made so the customers preferred technician arrives to do the work. Also make sure that the Technicians are not double booked like in the past so that the Technician can have adequate time, answer any questions that the customer might have and also make any payments necessary in case a filter has been purchased which is what I purchased on this last appointment. Double Booking technicians, even if as a company you are busy, but if Technicians do not make sure that the customer is satisfied and all is good when they leave the appointment, the customer will not recommend Peachtree Service Experts to others and I know I have seen the Truck many times in my Neighborhood but also the trucks of other companies that provide the same services."
